TPD Notifications (Tobacco Products Directive)
All our notifications have been submitted via a Common Entry Gate. The MHRA have published ours which are available to view on their website here.
Furthermore, we have made a TPD Compliant Report of all products with EC-ID
Numbers (Product Numbers) available upon request. Please be aware most of our products were published in 2016 so they can be found here where you can download the relevant Excel Sheet.

Purity of E-Liquid
Our validation methods of suppliers and testing of our products to comply with the specific standards set out in the TPD make sure that our formulations are safe and do not contain any substances banned by the TPD. Our contacts with creative flavourists who have extensive knowledge of flavour chemistry and ingredient interaction ensures that any changes within the legislation will be met with professionalism and expertise to comply.
Product Compliance
Our experienced consultant and regulatory experts established a TPD Compliance Programme which allows us to focus on the safety, quality and legislative compliance of all of our
notified products and will assist with new products we bring to market. Approval, validation and certification of the materials that come into direct contact with our e-liquid
products is important.
E-liquid nicotine concentration is limited to 20mg/ml (2%)
E-liquid bottles cannot contain more than 10ml
Products (including devices and bottles) must be child-proof and tamper-proof
Bottle possess securely attached nozzle at least 9mm long
Flow control mechanism emits no more than 20 drops of refill liquid per minute
